Vin Santo Barrel Aged Sour Bruin Ale Fermented

This bold Biscotti experiment takes a sour bruin base, aged in Vin Santo Barrels with almonds for over a year and gently infused with vanilla beans. Bursting with Amaretto and Brett leather characters. The first mouth-watering sip is sour and vinous but quickly rounds out into a decadent almond and vanilla finale.
