We have taken our "I’ll be Bock" – Doppelbock and given it the bourbon treatment with bourbon stave soaked in NZ whisky to add more complexity to an already very complex malt bill of 4 different types of Munich malt and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops. The complex malt is the perfect backdrop for the bourbon and whisky characters to fully shine. Hasta la vista, baby.
