The Apostle brings a message. He railed against the world of wine. His words so powerful, you can smell his breath and hear the moans of despair. He speaks of reform in the vineyard, treating the earth and vines with respect, of reform in the art of the blend and making a complete wine. He laments that in the 80s and 90s, Shiraz was blending with Viognier, creating what he sees as Shiraz with training wheels. Well, he thinks we all deserve better than that.

Based in McLaren Vale, South Australia, Alpha Box & Dice are embarking on an Alphabet of Wine. Each letter embodies an individual wine making project, with the end goal being a complete collection of wines that celebrates the diverse styels and varieties found in South Australia's famous wine regions.
