This is Ultra IPA - five different US hop varieties, 100 IBU’s and a massive malt grist to match - a can load of weaponised hop firepower. Warning - proceed with the utmost caution. The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as "a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed", feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.
Pernicious Weed is a celebration of the NZ-developed hop varieties Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. Huge grapefruit flavour in a worryingly-drinkable strong IPA.

Crispy Club, ‘new wave’ lager, playfully hopped and cold conditioned for a cleaner flavour. Mellivora capensis, the Honey Badger, brewed with Kohatu, Liberty and Pacifca, building up a balanced blend of sweet honey-like malt with a crisp clean bitterness and lifted lemon lime notes. Superbly refreshing and ferociously drinkable. Crack a Crispy and join the club.
