• Quality is of utmost importance to us and we are committed to provide our customers with good service and products.
  • If any of our wines are ascertained by us to be corked or faulty, we happy to refund or exchange the product upon presentation of your receipt and at least 3/4 of the original faulty product. Exchanges are possible if products are returned in their original condition and packaging, along with your receipt, at the discretion of Temple Cellars.
  • This refund or exchange can only be done in-store where we will be able to assist you immediately. You will need to contact us in writing within 7 days from date of receipt and we will make arrangements for the return, refund or exchange of faulty products. If the goods have been kept for too long or stored inappropriately by you, we may not offer an exchange, refund or credit. We do not accept returned gifts.
