An easy fun number, a great gluggable one for the day! Domaine de Bablut is located in the Anjou in Loire. An 8 day carbonic maceration, with alcoholic fermentation completed 2 days later, and malolactic a week later. Juicy ripe strawberries and cranberries. We like this slightly chilled.
