    Gueuzerie Tilquin, Belgium, was founded in 2009 by Pierre Tilquin, and is the only lambic blendery in the mainly French-speaking in Wallonia. Tilquin is exclusively the only blendery that is allowed to blend one, two or three year old lambics with wort acquired from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon breweries. Get ready to have your mind blown with these delicious wild ones.
