Body Count is a Hazy IPA with a big focus on top popping hop character. A layered approach of using the freshest hops, a pressure ferment of our in-house hazy yeast, and a multi-staged dry hop regime employing Clean Fusionª. A supple, tropical ester base compliments the heavy-handed additions of Melbaª, Strata¨, Nelson Sauvin, and Vic Secretª hops wherever we could fit them, while a heavy base of wheat and oats provide a silky smooth body.
