Michael's Red Pet Nat is one of the most unique Pet Nats one can find. The grapes Roesler and Blauburgunder grown on a combination of loess and gravel. Hand harvested and transported to the cellar in small crates to preserve freshness they are then macerated on skins for 4 days before being pressed to tanks and bottled once sugar levels were low. No sulphur addition, its a perfect chilled red with a mild fizz. Like a Lambrusco style pet nat. Notes of blueberries, violet, blackberries and cherries.
