The citrus-colored 2015 Fosilni Breg Reserve Sauvignon Blanc opens with a clear, very mineral and chalky bouquet of ripe, yellow-fleshed fruits. Full-bodied, fresh and intense on the palate, with a round and chalky texture, very fine tannins and delicious acidity, this is an expressive, very elegant and persistent Sauvignon Blanc of great class and finesse. Bottled unfiltered, the 2015 drinks very well today but can age for 10 years or more.
